Quality of Care
OSF Saint Anthony cares about the quality of care that you receive. In this section of the Web site we will share with you the results of care that have been measured. Today the government and other regulatory agencies measure the quality of care, in addition OSF Saint Anthony works with other non-regulatory agencies to further measure care. We hope that you find this section of the Web site useful with your health care needs.
Satisfied Patients
Patient satisfaction often reflects how willing doctors and nurses are to listen, answer questions and explain treatments; how much time doctors spend with patients; and if the medical center is clean and the food is good. Patient satisfaction data can predict how satisfying your experience is likely to be. Patient satisfaction information can be found on our
Patient Satisfaction web page.
Magnet Recognition
OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center has achieved Magnet recognition for the second time, an accomplishment achieved by only two percent of the hospitals nationwide.
Magnet is a designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) that recognizes excellence in nursing practice and quality patient care. Achieving Magnet designation underscores our continued commitment to excellence and dedication to you and your family.
